Will data be lost when replacing the screen?
No. A screen or battery replacement does not affect the device's storage. However, as a precaution, we always perform a backup beforehand, provided the device can be powered on.
Can you securely wipe devices that we decommission?
Yes. We perform certified secure data erasure on mobiles, tablets, and hard drives before they are reused or retired. We provide you with a certificate for your data processing records.
